An exciting contract opportunity has arisen for a M&A Project Manager to join this business on an initial 3 month basis.

Responsibilities will include:

• Organising and co-ordinating M&A activity
• Confidently working with Data Rooms
• Key stakeholder management with regard to any M&A queries and information
• Due diligence activities
• Obtaining and present key information to senior stakeholders
• Managing flow of information
• Liaison with key business areas such as Legal, Tax & Finance
