Close Out Manager / Work Package Manager / M&E Manager | Supporting sign off for M&E Equipment | Practical Completion Sign Off | Managing Main Sub Contractor in their delivery | Working with Document Control, Engineers | LTHW, BMS, Boilers, Piping, Plate Heat Exchangers, M&E Engineering | 5 days/week onsite in Birmingham | ONSITE ROLE | £400/day Inside IR35 | 6 Month initial Contract

Our M&E Engineering client needs an experienced Close Out Manager / Work Package Manager for a very large M&E Engineering project, 5 days per week onsite in Birmingham.

Your essential skills and experience will include:

• Mechanical Engineering
• Managing the Main Sub Contractor
• Working with Document Control
• Plate Heat Exchangers, LTHW, Boilers, BMS
• P&ID Drawings
• Excellent Communication Skills

This role will be site-based 5 days per week in Birmingham.

Pay Rate: Up to £400/d Inside IR35 (You will be working through an umbrella firm in this role)

Contract: 6 months initial contract.
