Are you an M365 specialist with hands-on expertise in supporting a dynamic, multi-platform environment? Our client, a prominent organization based in London, is seeking a proficient M365 Engineer/Analyst to manage, configure, and troubleshoot their Microsoft 365 ecosystem. If you are experienced in M365 and related tools, including Azure, InTune, and Teams, and have a track record in creating user-centric documentation, this role is perfect for you!

Role Overview

As an M365 Engineer/Analyst, you will be responsible for the configuration, administration, and support of the M365 suite and associated components, ensuring seamless user experiences and efficient system functionality across platforms. This role requires strong technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to deliver clear user guidance and maintain documented standards.

Key Responsibilities

• M365 Administration & Support: Manage user accounts, configure OneDrive, Teams, Outlook (OWA and desktop), and ensure seamless integration across the M365 environment.
• Azure Policy Management: Set up and maintain policies within Azure, ensuring compliance and operational efficiency.
• InTune Device Management: Configure and enroll devices through InTune, providing an optimal setup for both security and usability.
• Troubleshooting: Provide support for MS Teams, Outlook, and other M365 applications, addressing user issues across both local apps and online platforms.
• Documentation: Create and maintain user guidance, procedural documentation, and adoption standards to ensure best practices across the organization.
• DNS Management: Oversee DNS setup and maintenance as part of the M365 and broader IT infrastructure.
• Multi-Platform Support: Support M365 setup and troubleshooting for Windows PCs, Macs, and mobile devices, including mobile app configurations for Outlook and Teams.

Preferred Skills

• Google Workspace Familiarity: Exposure to Google Workspace tools like GDrive and GMail is advantageous for supporting hybrid environments.
• Cross-Platform IT Support: Proven experience in providing technical support across Windows and Mac operating systems is essential.
