We’re Hiring: Mac Support Engineer (London Area)

Location: London, UK | Hybrid | Initial Contract Opportunity with a view to go Permanent.Salary: £80,000 - £90,000 + benefits

This is an opportunity for an experienced Mac 3rd Line Support Engineer to join our dynamic, innovative team based in the heart of Westminster. Role Overview

As a 3rd Line Mac Support Engineer, you will be the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Apple products, providing expert-level support and troubleshooting for macOS devices. You'll work closely with our team to implement cutting-edge Unified Endpoint Management (UEM) solutions, cybersecurity initiatives, and hardware refreshes, helping organizations reach their full potential in secure cloud environments. The role will primarily involve using tools like Jamf Pro (Legacy) and Workspace ONE.

Key Responsibilities

• Technical Support & Troubleshooting: Provide expert-level support for Apple Mac systems, addressing OS issues, software deployments, and security updates.
• Unified Endpoint Management (UEM): Manage and maintain Apple devices using Jamf Pro (Legacy) and Workspace ONE across diverse estates.
• Project Work: Assist in the implementation of cybersecurity solutions, hardware refreshes, and other system integrations.
• Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer support and ensure a seamless experience at all touchpoints.
• Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams to develop strategic roadmaps and tailor solutions to meet client needs.

Skills & Experience Required

• Advanced Knowledge of Jamf Pro (Jamf 200/300 Certification is a plus)
• Proficient with Apple Business Manager, ADE (formerly DEP), and VPP
• Extensive experience with macOS, including troubleshooting Apple devices
• Bash Scripting Proficiency (essential)
• A strong understanding of systems management, project management, and enterprise architecture
• Experience with Omnissa Workspace ONE (desirable)
• SC Clearance or the ability to obtain it (we provide sponsorship for the right candidate)
