Job Title: Machine Assembly Operative / Junior Manufacturing OperativeLocation: St Neots, CambridgeshireSalary: £13.00 per hour (Temporary to Permanent)Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM

• No weekend work

• Limited overtime (approximately 10 hours per year, paid at 1.5x)

About the Role:We are currently seeking multiple Machine Assembly Operatives / Junior Manufacturing Operatives to join a well-established and growing business. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals looking to develop and progress in a hands-on production environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Measuring, cutting, and assembling frames.

• Attaching high-quality items together.

• Installing LED lighting into systems.

• Ensuring all products meet company standards.

• Assisting in various stages of production as required.

• Collaborating with colleagues in a supportive and relaxed environment.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience as a Machine Assembly Operative or in a manufacturing environment (preferred but not essential for the right candidate).

• Hands-on and physically fit (standing role).

• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think ahead.

• Supportive team player, able to work collaboratively.

• Multiskilled and adaptable - willing to take on various production tasks.

• Must have own transport - due to poor public transport links.
