We are recruiting for a Machine Assistant to join a leading manufacturing firm in Ashford. This role offers long-term stability with the potential for a permanent contract.

Key Responsibilities:

• Loading and moving materials to ensure a continuous production flow
• Ensuring machinery is stocked with the necessary supplies
• Supporting the production team with general machine operations
• Maintaining a safe and organised work environment

Person Specification:

• Previous experience in a manufacturing, machine, or production line environment
• Computer literate
• Enthusiastic with a strong desire to learn and develop
• Adaptable to change, able to follow instructions, and use initiative when required
• A strong team player with excellent communication skills
