Machine Operative

Job Role

We are currently recruiting for machine operatives to join a busy and successful engineering company based near St Neots.

Responsibilities

• To operate machinery as required
• Familiarity with hand & power tools - drills, spanners, etc. advantageous
• Monitor machine performance and make adjustments as needed
• Follow build instructions and ensure quality standards are met

Requirements

• A basic mechanical understanding would be beneficial.
• Knowledge of production machinery and manufacturing.
• Maintain a safe and clean workshop and adhere to safe working practices
• Good Communication skills

Hours of Work - (Early Finish on a Friday)

• Monday to Thursday - 07.30am to 4.00pm
• Friday - 07.30am to 12.30pm
• £11.44 per hour
