Machine Operator Corrugator - Randstad Delivery (GBS) : Job Details

Role - MachineOperative - Corrugator Team Member (Pitman Shift)Location: DS Smith Packaging, South Mills, The Ridgeway, Blunham, Bedford MK44 3PH, United KingdomRate: £15.46 per hour (paid breaks), Approved working beyond 42 hours per week will considered as overtime.

• OT 1 paid at x1.5 Monday to Saturday
• Ot 2 for Sunday is x2

Contract Length: Temp to PermShift: Pitman Shift, 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM (12-hour shifts with Days and Nights)

Site Tour: 24th October,2024 at 10.00 am

Responsibilities:

• Operate machinery safely and efficiently.
• Ensure productivity and performance targets are met.
• Maintain consistent quality standards.
• Perform maintenance and cleaning tasks as per schedule.
• Support improvement initiatives as needed.

Essential requirements:

• Safety-focused with a positive, enthusiastic attitude.
• Good communication skills (both verbal and written).
• Team player, quality-conscious, and adaptable to multi-skilled working.

Preferred requirements:

• Experience in production or machine operation.
