Machine Operator - The Business Connection Group : Job Details

PSI Talent are currently looking for Machine Operator’s to join our client who specialise in the FMCG sector in Coalville. As a Machine Operator you will be working on a 4 on 4 off 12 hour Rota. These positions are permanent and full time.

Salary & shift patterns available:

Day shift - 4 on 4 off 6AM to 6PM £14.38ph

Night shift - 4 on 4 off 6PM to 6AM £16.13PH

Responsibilities include:

• Operate and maintain the machines
• Ability to review production planning documents
• Check the output for quality assurance and document or discard defects
• Maintain a safe and clean Production area including cleaning of the equipment
• Carry out any necessary maintenance checks
• Maintain all health and safety practices
• Adhere to all H&S practices

Key Skills and Experience

• Electrical, Mechanical and Pneumatic experience advantageous
• Ability to understand production planning to ensure production flow
• Excellent communicator in verbal, written and face to face forms
• Excellent time management
• Able to work under pressure
• A keen eye for detail
