Job Title: Machine Operator

Location: Peterborough

Salary: £12-£13ph (DOE)

Our client, a leading customer communications company, is looking for a Machine Operator to join their team on a full-time permanent basis based in Peterborough.

Job Purpose:

To set up and operate various paper wrap and envelope enclosing machines within the finishing environment, consistently & efficiently producing quality products to fully satisfy all clients requirements.

Main Duties:

• To run all equipment to the standards set out in the KPI Information Sheet issued.
• Produce work to a high standard.
• Comply with Health & Safety practices at all times.
• Maintain the equipment and keep records of maintenance.
• Complete the future daily time sheets.
• To read and understand job bag in order to produce the required quality of work.
• Comply with company policies.
• Ensure job is finished to next stage requirements i.e. Packing Spec & labeling
• Follow future finishing ISO Standard Procedures.
• To attend and comply with all training.
• Undertake to comply with the Information Security Management Systems (ISMS) and its associated policies.
• To perform any other duties which may be required from time to time.

Experience required - paper wrap and envelope enclosing machines, camera systems, online/offline inkjet.
