Machine Operator - Recruit4staff : Job Details

Recruit4staff are proud to be representing their client, a leading manufacturer in their search for a Machine Operator to work in their leading facility in Bridgnorth.

For the successful Machine Operator our client is offering:

• Competitive rate of £11.50 per hour, + 25% shift allowance = £14.37 per hour - £28,021.50
• Permanent Nights - 10pm-6am Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week

The role - Machine Operator:

• Operating CNC machines and ensuring they run smoothly
• Reporting any issues and trying to solve basic faults that may arise
• Loading and unloading the machine
• Visual inspection of products
• Reading from drawings
• Ensuring parts produced are to a high standard
• Lifting of products onto the machine

What our client is looking for in a Machine Operator:

• Counterbalance forklift truck license is desirable
• Previous machine/workshop experience in an Engineering environment - desirable
• Able to work using own initiative
• Good interpersonal skills
• Methodical approach to work
• Role adaptability
• Previous CNC experience would be highly advantageous
