Job Title: Machine Operator - Temp to perm

Monday to Thursday (no weekends)

Enhanced over time after 40 hours

Full training provided

Our client, a leading manufacturing company, is seeking a Machine Operator to join their dynamic and highly motivated team. As a Machine Operator, you will play a crucial role in producing high-quality products, meeting productivity targets, and ensuring a safe working environment. This organisation will provide a full training programme to ensure you have the skills needed for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate machinery and equipment in a factory environment

• Moving product from production line, wrapping, storing in warehouse

• Loading deliveries

• Loading raw materials to production line

• Working to production targets

• Maintain clean work area.

• Participate in plant maintenance tasks to optimise equipment performance

Requirements:

• You must have your own transport due to location

• Experience working in a manufacturing environment.

• Knowledge of Health and Safety

• Good communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.

• Flexibility to work across various plants and tasks.

• Positive and proactive attitude towards work.
