Eden Recruitment Solutions Ltd T/A Just Temps are seeking a dedicated Machine Operative to join our client's team in Hadleigh, Suffolk Location: Hadleigh, Suffolk Pay Rate: £11.44 per hourHours: Monday - Friday, 7am - 3pm or 3pm - 11pm (shift pattern)Job Description:We are seeking a dedicated and physically fit Factory Operative to join our client's team at their Hadleigh facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for various tasks in our production process, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our manufacturing line. This role involves manual handling and requires a valid driving license due to the location of our business.Key Responsibilities:*Operate machinery and equipment in accordance with company procedures and safety guidelines.*Perform manual handling tasks, including lifting, moving, and stacking products and materials.*Assist in the assembly, production, and packaging of goods.*Conduct quality checks to ensure products meet company standards.*Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the work area.*Follow health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment.*Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production targets.Requirements:*Physically fit and capable of performing manual handling tasks.*Valid driving license and reliable transportation to commute to the location.*Previous experience in a factory or manufacturing environment is preferred but not essential.*Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting.*Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.*Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.*Flexibility to work either the morning (7am - 3pm) or afternoon (3pm - 11pm) shift as requiredBenefits:*Competitive hourly rate of £11.44.*Consistent weekday hours with no weekend work.*Opportunity for overtime and advancement within the company.*Comprehensive training and support provided.*Safe and supportive working environment.If you are a reliable and hardworking individual looking to join a dynamic team, we would love to hear from you.
