Your leadership will be instrumental in fostering a collaborative and highly productive work environment. Your role will involve the following key responsibilities:
- Process Excellence: Spearhead the evaluation and improvement of machining processes to ensure they meet stringent production requirements and budgetary goals. Your expert oversight will streamline operations, reduce waste, and enhance output quality.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and manage a talented team of engineers and technicians. You will be responsible for cultivating an environment that emphasizes teamwork, continuous learning, and high performance. Your leadership will inspire team members to achieve their best.
- Facility Management: Ensure that all machinery and facility logistics are maintained in optimal condition. It is vital that safety standards are strictly adhered to, and that all equipment is used effectively to support operational goals.
- Mentorship: Play an integral role in the professional development of apprentices and junior staff. By imparting your knowledge and expertise, you will help shape the future leadership of the industry, providing both guidance and encouragement.

Essential Requirements
- Demonstrable experience in management, particularly within a machine shop or similar setting.
- Strong initiative with the ability to meet and exceed deadlines.
- Extensive experience with CNC milling and turning operations.
- Proficiency in using Mazatrol or ISO/EIA programming languages.
Desirable Skills
- Proven background in manufacturing or engineering environments.
- Experience in mentoring and training apprentices.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, coupled with computer literacy.
- Comprehensive understanding of machining processes and principles.
