£33,000 - £35,000 + Training + Progression + Days

Do you have Factory, Machine Shop or production Management, looking to work for a highly reputable organisation that can offer you long-term job security alongside a clear progression structure?On offer is the chance to join an industry-leading company where you will be able to work as part of a close-knit team with the autonomy to build your own team and processes.This well-established company are continuing to go through substantial growth specialising in the production of high end machinery including Pumps, Motors and Gearboxes.This is a Monday - Friday days based role out of a modern and purpose built facility. You will be responsible for overseeing the production, assembly room and optimisation of work flow.This opportunity would suit a Supervisor / Team Leader looking to join a stable business offering clear progression, continued Engineering training and good OTE.

The Role:

• Monday - Friday (8am - 5pm).
• CNC Operating, Setting and Programming
• Milling machines and Lathes.

The Person:

• Experienced CNC Miller / Operator / Setter.
• Looking to develop skill set on Programming.
• Based within a commutable distance of Wells.
