The Role
As the Senior Sales Account Manager, you will be responsible for expanding the customer base, managing key accounts, and supporting the adoption of our machine vision solutions within the T&L and Retail verticals. You’ll work closely with diverse teams to create customized strategies for top-tier clients, positioning our solutions at the forefront of industry innovation. Responsibilities
- Client Relationships: Build and nurture relationships with key clients to understand and meet their evolving business needs, providing strategic machine vision solutions.
- Sales Strategy: Design and execute tailored sales strategies for high-value accounts, aligning with the broader company goals.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams to effectively manage complex sales cycles, leveraging experience to anticipate and overcome challenges.
- Account Planning: Develop in-depth account plans outlining long-term strategies for client growth, satisfaction, and success.
- Market Leadership: Stay current on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities to ensure continuous market relevance.
- New Business Development: Use market insights to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, ensuring a competitive edge.
- Executive Point of Contact: Act as the executive-level liaison for key clients, going above and beyond to exceed their expectations.
- Customer Satisfaction: Partner with technical support and customer service teams to ensure a seamless client experience and enhance customer loyalty.
Qualifications
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field. Degrees in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Systems, or Software Engineering are preferred.
- Experience: 5+ years in sales of machine vision and fixed industrial scanning products, with a focus on T&L and Retail verticals.
- Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of machine vision technologies and their applications.
- Languages: Proficient in English and French.
- Skill Set: Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills; a blend of independent and collaborative working styles.
- Results-Oriented: Proven success in achieving sales targets and quotas.
- Travel: Willingness to travel (up to 50%) within and outside of France.
