Mail Sorters needed for an immediate start in Chelmsford.At Royal Mail, the festive season is our busiest time of the year, and it’s our seasonal workers who make delivering the magic of Christmas possible. As a Mail Sorter, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring every Christmas card and present safely reaches its destinationAs a Seasonal Mail Sorter working at the heart of our team, you’ll play a vital role in delivering Christmas to the nation.Weekly payOn site parking2pm-10pm - other shifts are availableTraining providedNo experience neededMust be available to work 5 out of 7 daysImmediate start availableYou’ll be:

• Unloading mail and packages from our vans.
• Moving mail and packages through our centres.
• Helping sort mail and packages.

About you:

• Organised and efficient: Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
• Flexibility and adaptability: Ability to switch between tasks during a shift.
• Strength and stamina: Ability to push trolleys (up to 250kg) and lift/move mail bags (up to 11kg).
• Comfortable with extended periods of walking and standing.
• Must pass a basic DBS check
