Maintenance Assistant - Newtons Recruitment : Job Details

Location: Epworth (On site)Salary: £23,100 + 26% pension & excellent benefitsShift Pattern: Mon-Thurs 1pm - 9pm, Fri 10.30am - 6pm

We are seeking an experienced maintenance professional to provide premises support to a school.

Overview:

You will provide premises and maintenance support to the school to ensure it is well maintained and meets health and safety regulations.

A typical week:

• Carry out minor repairs & grounds maintenance
• Complete compliance testing (fire, legionerlla etc)
• Monitor contractors to ensure health & safety
• Work closely with colleagues & suppliers

You'll need the following:

• Experience of general maintenance
• Health & safety & risk assessment knowledge
• Excellent relationship building & organisational skills
• Can do, proactive approach to work
• Car Driver (essential)
