Looking for a varied role, where you will have the chance to work across multiple prestige commercial buildings in London?We are currently recruiting a Maintenance Engineer to work with a privately owned building services provider across a number of high end commercial properties situated within the City of London.The position will be part of a maintenance team delivering a best in class maintenance service through PPM and reactive duties on 5/6 properties within walking distance of each other in London.Duties:

• PPM (Planned preventative maintenance) & Reactive maintenance
• Emergency Lighting
• Fire Alarms
• Plumbing, Taps, Valves, Water Treatment, Tap Temperatures, Toilets, Pipes, Leaks
• Legionella awareness
• AHUs / FCUs
• Plant room checks
• General maintenance duties

Qualifications:

• Whilst no qualifications are needed for this role the candidate will need to have prior building services maintenance experience

Benefits:

• £34,000 - £38,000 per annum
• Monday to Friday 8-5
• 25 days holiday + bank holidays
• Pension
• Overtime
