Maintenance Manager - PMR : Job Details

The role:

• Overseeing all planned and reactive maintenance for 2 new build residential buildings
• Developing PPM schedules
• Appointing and manage contractors, suppliers and service providers
• Hire, train, manage and engage a team of maintenance staff
• Monitor and manage maintenance budgets
• Responsibility for H&S and compliance
• Providing feedback and excellent customer service to residents

Your background:

• Experience in managing maintenance in a residential or hospitality environment
• Strong knowledge of building systems
• Ability to manage budgets and negotiate contracts
• Solid understanding of H&S requirments
• Experience in leading a team
• Excellent communication skills
• A flexible attittude to work
