Maintenance Manager - Latcom Plc : Job Details

Maintenance Manager. Based in Northwood, Middlesex my client has a new requirement for an Maintenance Manager. Please note this role required working days are Tuesday to Saturday - 8.30am to 5.30pm!

You must have/be:

• Proficiency in general maintenance tasks, including carpentry, plumbing and electrical.
• Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues promptly and effectively.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
• Full UK Driving Licence
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting heavy objects, climbing ladders, and working in various weather conditions.
• Must be able to stand, walk, and perform manual labour for extended periods
