Maintenance Manager - Futures Manufacturing : Job Details

Futures are looking to appoint a Maintenance Manager for an expanding industrial manufacture in West Yorkshire. As the Maintenance Manager you will be leading a small team on day to day maintenance activities with input into several other departments. This is a hands-on role suited for a leader able to control day-to-day operations, handle facilities and machine maintenance and production engineering to ensure a smooth running of the overall plant, people and processes.

This is an excellent opportunity, on a DAYS SHIFT, for an experienced maintenance engineer, or team leader, who is looking to step up into management or for a seasoned Maintenance Manager who is looking for a change in 2025.

Maintenance Manager - Key Responsibilities - Manufacturing, Production Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Process

• Lead a small team in their engineering and maintenance activities
• Mechanical knowledge
• PLC Fault Finding and repair
• Production Engineering and jig/fixture/tool design
• Procure and oversee installation of plant and equipment
• To maintain and improve plant, people and processes

Maintenance Manager - Skills & Experience - Manufacturing, Production Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Process

• Engineering Management Experience
• Industrial / Manufacturing Background
• CAD Drawing, Basic AutoCAD preferred
• Knowledge of Production Engineering
• Excellent fault-finding skills
