We are looking for a motivated Maintenance Manager to join a well-established company. Managing a team of 4 you will be a key member in ensuring the production facility is kept running. You will be involved in all aspects of planned and reactive maintenance within their operation. With progressive training and development this company is always looking to enhance its employees and their skill sets, whilst additionally being supported by a welcoming team of engineers. The position will appeal to a strong engineering supervisor looking for their next challenging role within in a secure and stable company.

The Role is 50% hands on with maintenance

Role Description:

• Overseeing a team of 3
• Planning PPM schedules
• Managing holidays
• 50% on the tools, 50% off
• Providing both Reactive & PPM maintenance
• Machine Breakdowns
• PLC F.F
• Sensors, Drives, Relays, Inverters
• Cranes
• Conveyors, Bearings, Belts, Chains
• Adhering To All Health & Safety on Site

Skills and Qualifications:

• Managerial Experience
• Maintenance Experience
• Electrical Qualifications
• Electrical Experience
• PLC Experience Advantageous
• Mechanical Experience
