Temporary Maintenance Operative – Nottingham, NG7

£15ph + Hol Pay + Petrol Expenses

Ritz Recruitment are currently seeking Temporary Maintenance Operative for a busy Student Accommodation site in  Nottingham.

Key Responsibilities:

• Undertake general maintenance tasks in both internal and external areas of the building.
• Carry out plumbing tasks, such as unblocking toilets, replacing washers, and fixing taps, replace shower doors
• Assist with re-decorating rooms to include patch and filling holes, siliconing, painting
• General joinery tasks, such as fixing doors on cupboards, locks.
• Basic electrics; change lighbulbs, sockets and switches

Skills & Attributes:

• Proven experience in maintenance or handyman work, ideally within a residential/domestic setting.
• Use of own vehicle is an advantage
• Experience in a trade i.e. plumbing, carpentry, and electrical work.
• Strong customer service skills and a team player mindset.
• Ability to adhere to all Health and Safety measures.
• Friendly, approachable, and helpful attitude.
