Basic Salary: £30,000 - £35,000

Are you an experienced Maintenance Technician with strong technical knowledge of property maintenance? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment, ensuring maintenance tasks are completed efficiently, on time, and to the highest standard?

We’re looking for a Maintenance Technician to play a key role in managing planned and responsive repairs while delivering exceptional customer service. If you have a keen eye for detail, strong problem-solving skills, and a proactive approach, we’d love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the Portfolio Performance Manager to ensure all repairs meet set KPIs
• Assess large-scale works, making recommendations on contractor suitability and costs
• Oversee the instruction of works based on Schedule of Rates
• Prepare and analyse internal and external reports, providing management commentary
• Manage relationships with contractors, asset managers, and internal teams (maintenance coordinators, accounts, etc.)
• Handle financial management and reporting related to maintenance operations
• Vet and onboard new contractors while conducting regular performance reviews

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• Proven experience managing responsive and planned maintenance
• Background in property or facilities management
• Ability to diagnose common property maintenance issues via photos/videos
• Strong customer service skills with a proactive, problem-solving approach
• Tech-savvy with good working knowledge of Excel and property management systems
• High levels of integrity, reliability, and attention to detail
