Job Description :

Elevation Recruitment Group are working with a manufacturer based in Leeds to recruit a Maintenance Planner to join their team. Salary: up to £40,000 Days role Monday – Friday

Reporting to the Manufacturing Engineering Manager, the Maintenance Planner will manage team performance, commissioning of new equipment, implementing comprehensive TPM programs as well as developing and maintaining the Asset Master TPM plan. Duties of the Maintenance Planner will include: 

  • Manage the day-to-day workload of the Engineering team
  • Setting and monitoring TPM schedule
  • Measure, analyse, report asset performance and execute continuous improvement programs 
  • Perform Baseline assessment/diagnosis of current assets, execute capability studies and suggest improvement plans
  • Plan, schedule and lead proper asset commissioning and validation protocols (DOE, SAT, FAT, IQ, OQ, PQ).
  • Accountable for asset care
  • Reduce inefficiencies and breakdowns

We would like to speak with Maintenance Planners with the following skills/experience:

  • Experience of working in a similar manufacturing environment
  • Strong lean focus
  • People leadership and demonstrable experience of developing and guiding teams 
  • Strong problem-solving ability 
  • Knowledge of ISO9001 Quality systems and ISO14001 Environmental Standards
