Description
- Oversee the maintenance of plant machinery and equipment to minimise downtime.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to increase overall equipment efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Support and develop a team of maintenance engineers.
- Develop and manage preventative maintenance schedules.
- Work closely with production and operations teams to meet manufacturing objectives.
- Manage maintenance budget and cost control measures.
- Report on key maintenance performance indicators.
Profile
A successful Maintenance Lead Engineer should have:
- A degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Experience leading a maintenance team within an Industrial / Manufacturing setting.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
