Maintenance Supervisor - Elevation Recruitment Group : Job Details

Elevation Recruitment Group is working with a manufacturing company based in Chesterfield to recruit a Maintenance Supervisor.

Salary: up to £55k 

Shift: Days - Flexible working

The Maintenance Supervisor will be responsible for leading a team of 12 engineers, and overseeing the maintenance operations, ensuring the efficient and safe functioning of all equipment.

Key Responsibilities of the Maintenance Supervisor will include:

• Conduct regular inspections to identify and resolve issues
• Oversee the repair and maintenance of machinery and equipment
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities
• Provide training and support to the maintenance team

We would like to speak with Maintenance Supervisors / Maintenance Team Leaders with the following:

• Hold a relevant qualification - Mech/Electrically biased 
• Proven experience as a Maintenance Supervisor or similar role
• Strong knowledge of maintenance procedures and equipment
• Ability to manage and motivate a team
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
