As Management Accountant you will be responsible for:

• Production of the monthly management accounts
• Variance Analysis
• Preparation of budgets and forecasts
• Business Partnering with internal departments - understanding the costs of each department and influencing those costs to deliver savings across the business

This is a great opportunity to create relationships with internal departments across the organisation and really make a difference through controlling costs.

Profile

My client is looking for a Qualified / Qualified by Experience candidate with demonstrable experience of controlling costs in their career to date. You should have extensive experience in the production of the monthly management accounts and be able to add value from a finance perspective.

My client is looking for someone with an energetic approach to work and a positive attitude along with strong attention to detail.

This is a maternity cover position - you should be available to start between mid October and mid November.

You should also be able to travel to East Kent 3-4 times per week with the additional 1-2 days working from home.

Job Offer

Up to £65,000 dependent on experience
