Management Accountant - In2 Consult : Job Details

IN2Consult / PQ Management Accountant / up to £45,000 pa / Hybrid Working / Canary Wharf / Professional Services  

IN2Consult are working with a professional services company in the Canary Wharf area who are on the lookout for a Management Accountant to join their team. This is a permanent opportunity with strong development opportunities. For the right person, they can offer up to £45,000 pa & two days of remote working per week. Please see below the responsibilities & beneficial skills -

Responsibilities -

• Timely and accurate monthly payments.
• Client billing.
• Responding to any queries.
• Preparation and reporting of monthly management accounts.
• Preparation and posting of monthly accruals.
• Weekly review of reconciliation of all 13 bank accounts.
• Reporting into the parent company on a monthly and quarterly basis.
• Local payroll compliance for external consultants.
• Supporting the Head of Finance and local management in terms of business plans/budgeting.
• Preforming weekly credit and vendor control meetings.
• Ensuring that detailed balance sheet reconciliations are performed, and accurate and adequate record keeping is maintained.
• Responsibility for all inter-company reconciliations, ensuring that balances are agreed between entities by the first working day of each month.
• Supporting the Head of Finance to develop models measuring/forecasting/analysing historical data and future activity.

Skills Required -

• Part qualified
• Very good level of communication
• MS Excel skills a benefit
