Management Accountant

Location: South Normanton, Derbyshire

Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 plus a comprehensive benefits package

Working Arrangement: Hybrid working - 2 days remote, Mondays and Wednesdays required in the office

About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and driven Management Accountant to join a rapidly expanding PE-backed company in South Normanton. In this newly created role, you will work closely with the Head of Finance to shape and enhance the  financial processes, collaborating with the new finance team.

As the Management Accountant, you will lead and oversee the month-end processes while managing one team member.

Requirements:

• CIMA/ACCA qualified or finalist with a few remaining papers; QBE candidates will also be considered
• Experience with ERP systems, particularly Netsuite, is highly desirable
• A continuous improvement mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, demanding environment
