Management Accountant - West Belfast / Lisburn - £40000 - £45000 per annumYour new companyOur client is an international business that is an engineering / manufacturing business that has been seeing significant growth over the last few years.Your new roleYour role will be to support the Financial Controller to deliver a timely and accurate accounts service across the business. You will be a recently qualified or a qualified-by-experience accountant who is keen to deliver this.

• Preparation of monthly management accounts to trial balance stage including preparing and processing of journals & preparation of necessary supporting
• Supporting the Financial Controller in ensuring the integrity, accuracy, and timeliness of all financial records, ensuring all income, expenses, liabilities and assets are accurately recorded, reconciled and reviewed
• Preparation of balance sheet reconciliations
• Supporting the Financial Controller in the planning, preparation, and delivery of statutory reports, internal and external audits, and the Annual Statutory Accounts within agreed timetables.
• Quarterly VAT return workings and associated reconciliations within UK & Irish jurisdictions
• Revenue Reporting
• Costings and analysis of production performance
• Contribution to the annual budgeting and planning process
• Review accounts payable/credit control and cover if necessary
