Job Description :

Reed Accountancy have recently partnered up with a business who are looking for a Part Time Management Accountant to join the business. This role will be based in Kirkby and will be fully office based and the client would be happy with someone to work around 20 hours per week. 

Key Responsibilities for the Role:

· Create weekly and monthly finance reports.

· Identify and explaining variances to budget

· Involvement in preparation of board pack

· Key point of contact with parent company finance team.

· Invoicing and liaising with credit control.

· Periodic stocktakes and reflecting any adjustments required

· Regular contact with Management team for updates and planning

· Supporting preparation of budgets and reforecasts

· Maintain revenue recognition model

· Payroll administration

· Oversee fleet leases.

· Insurance point of contact (including renewals)

· Mileage and expense claims

· Commission and bonus tracking

Key skills, experience and attitude to be successful in your application:

· Excellent attention to detail

· Good working knowledge of Excel (essential), Word, Outlook and Powerpoint

· Good communicator

· Strong organisational skills

· Professional telephone manner

· Adaptable and a team player

· Full UK driving license and own transport

· Experience having worked with multiple cost centres

· Experience of accounting software
