Reporting to the Finance Manager you will play a key role in the finance team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and analyse financial reports to support business decision-making.
• Develop and maintain financial models to forecast company performance.
• Monitor and manage budgets, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
• Conduct variance analysis and provide insights on financial performance.
• Collaborate with various departments to optimise financial processes.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
• Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and quarterly forecasts.

Qualifications:

• Professional accounting qualification (e.g. ACCA, CIMA, ACA) or currently studying.
• Proven experience in management accounting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
