The company have a track record of developing staff and promoting from within, this is a fantastic opportunity to accelerate your career.Management Accountant - Key duties * Manage weekly P&L reporting, including revenue analysis, variance analysis, monthly and year-end reporting.* Collaborate closely with the Finance Manager on key projects.* Build strong relationships across the business and with external stakeholders.* Consolidate financial information into reports for senior management.* Prepare annual plans and present them to senior leadership.* Handle monthly balance sheet preparation.* Identify cost-saving opportunities and process efficiencies.* Consistent opportunity to redesign processes for continuous improvement.Candidate ProfileWe are looking for a candidate who is fully qualified (CIMA/ACCA or equivalent) and has experience within a management accounts function, ideally you will possess a good commercial acumen and keen eye for detail.
