As the Management Accountant, you will report directly to the Finance Manager and play a crucial role in delivering accurate financial accounts, forecasts, budgets, and analysis.

Responsibilities:

• Enhance and streamline financial analysis and reporting processes
• Manage and oversee key inventory and raw material levels
• Prepare financial statements for multiple sites or business units, including management reports, balance sheet reconciliations, and statutory accounts.
• Provide detailed reports on financial performance, working closely with management to improve cost efficiency and resource utilisation.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations
• Implement and maintain effective systems and controls to ensure reliable financial data
• Assist finance and business management with various ad-hoc reports and analyses as needed

Requirements:

• A qualified accountant (CIMA, ACCA, ACA, or equivalent) or someone actively working towards a qualification
• Strong analytical skills and excellent attention to detail

• Experience using SAGE
