Part-Qualified Management Accountant | GranthamAre you a part-qualified accountant ready to take the next step in your career?RattrayParkin is recruiting for an SME business offering a unique opportunity to step into a standalone role within a growing £1.5m T/O business (part of a larger £50m T/O group).This role will report into a Financial Controller. Full time, permanent and site based in Grantham.Key Responsibilities:

• Ownership of management accounts and balance sheet reconciliations
• Analytical reporting to provide actionable insights
• Handling transactional finance (bulk of this is automated)
• Managing inventory - stock counts and accuracy
• Maintaining strong relationships with the operations team
