Management Accountant - AD Finance : Job Details

Alexander Daniels are currently recruiting for a Management Accountant for a reputable business in Nottingham, on a full-time, permanent basis. Reporting into the Finance Business, the Management Accountant will be responsible for producing and reporting on month end accounts.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Accurate and timely production of management accounts including working on P&L, producing journals, accruals, prepayments.
• Conducting variance analysis.
• Assisting with the preparation of statutory accounts.
• Assisting the Finance Business Partner with forecasts and preparing annual budgets.
• Preparing business review packs.
• KPI reporting and analysis.
• Any other ad-hoc basis.

The ideal candidate will be actively studying towards ACCA/CIMA/ACA or equivalent, with prior experience working on year-end processes. The selected candidate will have advanced Microsoft Excel skills, will have strong attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
