Role Overview: As a Management Accountant, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the financial health of the company. You will be responsible for managing month-end accounting processes, overseeing transactional finance elements, and ensuring accurate financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and execute month-end accounting processes.
• Oversee transactional finance elements, including reconciliations, accruals, and prepayments.
• Prepare and present financial reports to senior management.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
• Support budgeting and forecasting activities.
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure financial accuracy and efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Part or fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent).
• Strong experience in month-end accounting processes.
• Proficiency in managing reconciliations, accruals, and prepayments.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
