We are looking to speak with experienced Management Accountants with experience managing a small team. Our client is a stone throw from Brighton train station, with accessible links via public transport from various towns and major cities. Job role: Management Accountant Salary: £35K - £42K per annum + benefits Hours: 8.30am - 5pm or 9am - 5.30pm Location: Brighton, East Sussex Duties and responsibilities

• Oversee a small finance team
• Preparation of monthly management accounts
• Balance sheet control and monthly reconciliations
• Prepayment and accruals
• Budgeting and forecasting / cashflow forecasting
• Overseeing Credit Control, AP invoicing and banking
• Capex and fixed asset register
• Payroll processing

Skills and experience required:

• Demonstratable team management experience
• Relevant experience to include budget setting and management accounts preparation
• Strong attention to detail
