Joining our finance team as a Management Accountant reporting to our Head of Finance, you'll take on a pivotal role in managing the financial operations of our UK Group. Your primary responsibilities will include:

Description

Preparation of the monthly management accounts for the UK Group, including:

• Perform monthly revenue reconciliation.
• Perform monthly cost analysis, ensuring that costs are correctly accounted for and accounting adjustments made as required.
• Perform monthly balance sheet reconciliations for review by the Head of Finance
• Update the fixed asset register with monthly capital expenditure additions and post depreciation
• Assist with systems and process improvement projects
• Assist with short term cashflow forecasting
• Prepare information for and assist in the completion of the annual external audit.
• Assist with ad-hoc requests from the wider finance team

Profile

Key Technical Skills:

• Strong Excel knowledge
• MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE IN THE LEGAL SECTOR
• Relevant management accounting experience
• Part Qualified - ACCA, ACA, CIMA - Strong academics is highly desirable
• Experience working in a monthly recurring revenue organisation is desirable
