Management Accountant - Reed : Job Details

Reed Accountancy & Finance is partnering with a forward-thinking client in search of a Management Accountant. This is a temporary position with the prospect of evolving into a permanent role for the right candidate. You will be joining a dynamic team and will play a crucial role in the financial management of the company.

Management Accountant Key Responsibilities:

• Preparation of management accounts
• Conducting month-end reporting
• Cash-flow forecasting and budgeting
• Financial reporting and exchange rate analysis
• Ensuring VAT and statutory compliance
• Managing payroll processes
• Assisting with auditing activities

Management Accountant Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Part-qualified or fully qualified in CIMA, ACCA, ACA, or equivalent by experience
• Proven experience in management accounts, month-end reporting, budgeting, and forecasting
• Exceptional Excel skills
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels
• A proactive and flexible approach to work
• Ability to meet tight deadlines and work under pressure
• Commercial awareness and a keen interest in contributing to business strategy and planning
