Management Accountant  | Beverley | Up to £45k | Office Based | Chemical Manufacturing  Purpose of the RoleMy client are seeking a confident individual to join their team as a Management Accountant. The successful candidate will be responsible for producing financial reports for the management team as well as guiding and leading a team. This is a great opportunity for the successful candidate to progress their career!  As an Management Accountant at Vuba, you will: • Production of Management Accounts in line with the financial reporting calendar. • Perform monthly management accounts review meetings and ensure meetings minutes and action points are circulated. • Preparation of audit pack and interim pack for audit review. • Balance sheet reconciliation and review. • Supporting the Accounting and Financial Reporting Manager with the budgeting process. • Produce cost per unit reports • Breakdown of monthly management accounts into profit per product range. • Preparation of the Annual Budget and periodic reforecasts • Line management of one individual. • Review Vat returns. • Support the Accounting and Finance Director with Statutory Reporting and Cash Flows. Qualifications and Experience:• ACCA/CIMA Qualified. • Experienced in the production of management accounts. • A confident communicator with the ability to confidently liaise with senior management. • Ability to use own initiative and propose improvements. • Proven ability to work in a high-volume fast paced environment. • Excellent attention to detail • Strong communication skills to communicate with managers and colleagues effectively. • Ability to prioritise workload and work to tight deadlines. • Ability to work alone and as part of a wider team. Benefits:• Company Bonus and Incentive Schemes. • 24 Days Holiday Plus Bank Holidays • Life Admin (2 hours per month to take at your own discretion). • Regular Training and Development Opportunities • Career Growth and Progression Opportunities – it’s a fast growing business! • Regular Team Socials, Events and Celebrations. • On Site Parking • Opportunities to travel internationally. • 3PM Finish on Fridays • Foodie Friday–The Company buys lunch once a month. • Employee discount • Employee Referral Rewards
