Management Accountant - Michael Page Finance : Job Details

Michael Page is supporting a manufacturing business based in Southampton with their recruitment of a Management Accountant to join their accountancy team on a temporary basis. The proposed length is approximately 6 to 9 months depending on the success of the project. This role reports to the Financial Controller.

Our client is a rapidly growing business based in Southampton. They have a series of projects going into the New Year and need additional team members to support during this time. The modern, open plan offices boast free on site parking, and are very easy to commute to via public transport too.

Description

As the Management Accountant, you will be responsible for:

• Production of monthly management accounts
• P&L
• Variance analysis
• Budgeting & cash flow forecasting
• Liaising with different departments to discuss spend - elements of business partnering
• Balance sheet reconciliations
• Adhoc duties

Profile

In order to be considered for the Management Accountant role, you will have done most if not all of the above.
