Job Description :

We are recruiting a Management Accountant on behalf of our client to join their team on a full-time basis. As the Management Accountant, you will supervise the accounts assistant and handle various responsibilities. This includes preparing monthly management accounts, accurately processing the monthly payroll, overseeing bank reconciliations for GBP and euro accounts, managing account receivables and accounts payables, and monitoring cash flow.

You will also be responsible for authorising bank payments, checking payment runs, credit card statements, and expenses prepared by the accounts assistant. Additionally, you will liaise with auditors annually, oversee credit control and manage bad debts, maintain and manage credit limits, and handle VAT reporting.

To excel in this role, you should be a minimum AAT Level 4 qualified and CIMA/ACCA part-qualified. You should have experience in management accounting and possess knowledge of Sage 50 accounts. Strong attention to detail, analytical abilities, effective communication, problem-solving skills, and the ability to meet deadlines are also essential qualities.
