Our ClientOur client is an established international women's charity, dedicated to empowering girls and young women worldwide to reach their full potential, with operations spanning across 153 member organisations globally. The RoleWorking closely with the Director of Finance, you will be responsible for ensuring the finances of the organisation are management efficiently, and act as the main finance business partner to the Senior Management Team. Key responsibilities include:
- Leading financial reporting and analysis across the global organisation
- Business partnering with the Senior Management Team and budget holders
- Supporting year-end statutory accounts preparation and audit process
- Developing and maintaining financial processes and controls
- Contributing to strategic planning and forecasting
- Managing international subsidiary financial operations
The Successful Candidate
- Part or fully qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA)
- Strong financial reporting and analysis skills
- Experience with multi-currency, multi-entity accounting systems
- Excellent communication abilities and business partnering approach
- Resilience and collaborative working style
- International finance experience preferable
- Charity sector experience beneficial but not essential
