Management Accountant - Robert Half : Job Details

Robert Half is excited to be recruiting a Management Accountant for a global manufacturing business, in Caerphilly.

This role offers an opportunity to make a significant impact by partnering with key stakeholders across sales, customer service, operations, and the international group headquarters. The successful candidate will work alongside another management accountant and a senior finance business partner to deliver management accounting and business partnering support to optimise and grow the business.

Location: Caerphilly - office-based role 5 days per week

Annual Salary: £40,000 - £50,000

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Finance Business Partner in delivering the business strategy and implementing transformative changes within the finance team.

• Produce daily turnover reports.
• Provide monthly sales analysis and reporting to the sales team.
• Analyse rebates and resolve rebate-related queries.
• Calculate and reconcile royalty payments.
• Track non-product costs and manage intercompany recharges.
• Conduct transport and freight cost analysis.
• Complete ONS surveys and ensure compliance.
• Provide cover for the Management Accountant - Operations and mentor junior finance colleagues.

Your Profile:

• Qualified / Part-Qualified or QBE Accountant
• Experience using ERP systems
• Previous manufacturing experience
• Excellent Excel skills
• Excellent communicator
• Previous Business Partnering experience
• Plans & organises their own work effectively
• Possess the ability to engage with colleagues at a variety of levels
