With a strong presence in major cities across the globe and a culture that fosters collaboration and entrepreneurship, we are looking for a Management Accountant to join our London office.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Produce the monthly management accounts for several P&Ls across the group, including commentary on all material variances.
  • Prepare and post all month-end income, cost accruals, prepayment, and re-classification journals, and subsequent reconciliation of management accounts to our accounting software.
  • Monthly reporting of actuals, forecast, KPIs, and commented movement analysis to the group via the TM1 consolidation tool.
  • Work with Account teams and the Finance Partner to ensure the forecast is up-to-date and accurately reflects income and costs.
  • Assist in preparing the annual budget.
  • Code and authorise overheads relating to payroll, including the review and authorisation of monthly payroll, staff costs, and updating and reconciling all freelance costs.
  • Ensure the business adheres to all financial processes and controls.
  • Review headcount for accuracy and approve the relevant recharges.
  • Own and update the cost tracker.
  • Conduct full Balance Sheet reconciliations including the preparation of monthly balance sheet reporting packs for Finance Partner review and submission to parent companies.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Studying towards ACCA or CIMA qualification.
  • At least two years’ experience in an accounts or finance department, preferably in an account assistant or assistant management accounting role.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, confident in communicating with all levels of the business.
  • Well organised, flexible, and able to respond to changing deadlines and requests.
  • Strong sense of ownership and pride in your work.
  • Intermediate Excel skills with experience using Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, and data linking.
