As a Management Accountant, you will be at the forefront of our financial planning and decision-making processes. Reporting directly to the Finance Manager, your responsibilities will include:

• Preparing monthly management accounts and financial reports.
• Conducting variance analysis and providing insightful commentary.
• Overseeing budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Supporting departmental heads with financial insights to drive strategic decisions.
• Managing cash flow, reconciliations, and working capital.
• Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
• Leading and mentoring junior finance team members.

What We’re Looking For

• Qualifications: ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified or equivalent.
• Experience: Proven experience in a similar role, ideally within the tech or software sector.
• Skills: Advanced Excel skills, strong analytical mindset, and proficiency in financial software (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks, or similar).
• Attributes: A proactive problem solver with excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
