We are recruiting for an experienced, qualified Management Accountant to manage the monthly production of Management Accounts, Weekly forecasting & budget setting. Whilst partnering with senior leadership to drive business performance.

About the RoleAs Management Accountant, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality management accounts and financial reports. You'll lead a team to achieve operational excellence, ensuring key performance indicators are met while identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Produce accurate management accounts, financial reports, and finance packs.
• Partner with business leaders to assess and improve the profitability of key operations.
• Lead financial planning, forecasting, and reporting processes.
• Manage labour cost efficiency and resource allocation.
• Ensure compliance with internal and external targets.

What You Bring:

• A recognised accountancy qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA).
• Strong experience in management accounts and business acumen.
• Excellent analytical and leadership skills.
• A proactive and results-driven mindset.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities.
